Cozy townhouse nestled in a picture-perfect location! Conveniently located near shops, walking trails and just minutes away from Red Rocks Amphitheater. Offering stunning architectural features including high windows that bring in an abundance of natural light. On cool nights, warm up in front of the crackling fireplace and enjoy your favorite movie. During the summer, grill some burgers with friends and watch the sunset from the balcony.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This property was listed at a price we could initially afford at that time. We knew rents were sky rocketing in the Denver Metro so we wanted to jump into the rental market. This property was in close proximity to amazing outdoor trails and 10 minutes from the world famous Red Rocks Amphitheater.
