Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Istanbul.

It was my family home until 2017 when I rented out. It is a Designer Luxury home.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was out of Necessity. It git me interested in getting into other Buy and hold projects.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Bought it 2001 during an major economic downturn in Turkey. The seller needed the cash.

How did you add value to the deal?

Major renovation and new structure
