Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment in Keystone.

Purchase price: $315,000
Cash invested: $35,000

This is a 1 bedroom condo walking distance to the Gondola at Keystone Resort. Located right in the River run Village, this is highly rented throughout winter and summer months. I STR this out with a management company and am looking to take on the management myself in the coming months to cash flow a lot more.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This location has lots of upward potential on appreciation. This property is part of my plan to 1031 exchange into a larger property in the future.

How did you finance this deal?

10% down on a 30 year conventional loan.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I am an agent in the Colorado Mountain market that help investors find similar properties as the ones I do.
