Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Hartford.

Purchase price: $270,000
Cash invested: $78,000

3 FAMILY HOME

How did you finance this deal?

I put 20% down and got a 30 year mortgage .

How did you add value to the deal?

The property was in the midst of renovation when I purchased it. The interior was completely remodeled

Lessons learned? Challenges?

This was my first closing and it was a bit overwhelming. Having to deal with a seller who was not as cooperative as one would think when they are trying to sell their property is a challange in itself but, we got through it.
