Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment in Phila.

Purchase price: $180,000
Cash invested: $75,000
Sale price: $345,000

Instead of buying and holding, I was curious to see how easy it would be to sell a rehabbed duplex. and WOW was it easy and fast! Biggest profit I have ever gotten from a flip
