My first flip! We've decided to just make it acceptable for an FHA loan. Hoping to get in and out quick! Have a projected closing date of 12/4/20. Wish me luck!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was hoping to pick up a rental but due to COVID thought this was a better idea.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I was lucky in that my contractor put in a good word for me so I didn't get bid out! Upstate New York is a very hard place to find deals right now.
