Purchase price: $721,000
Cash invested: $200,000

A Complete renovation on this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, Converting it to a 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom house. Adding approximatley 700 sq feet to the back of the house and adding approximatley 200k of resale value to this proeprty. Estimated time frame 4-5 months !
