buying property with intent to add solar panel garden

Has anyone ever worked with a solar panel company before buying property and working out a lease agreement with a panel company based on panel company criteria. I want to buy property with/without house on it with main intent being to put solar garden on property. Would like to find optimal property that i like, but at the same time get the confirmation and lease worked out with solar company before the land is purchased, once lease terms are agreed on, purchase the property and move forward with solar on property at that point. Then if a house on it, rent out the house
