First home - Turned into Rental
Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Warner Robins.
First purchased home. Bought and lived in it for 3 years. Did minor updates myself, such as a new full privacy fence.
Have been renting it out for about $300 cash flow for 3 years.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
This was a freshly renovated home, which usually don't make the best investments but the market was low at the time and with a basically brand new house, I went for it. Only got the seller to pay my closing costs, the price was already below market.
How did you finance this deal?

What was the outcome?
I now rent out the property for about $300 cash flow.
