Best BRRR To-Date And First Investment in Portsmouth VA
Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $75,000
Cash invested: $28,000
This was a fun purchase, we added a bathroom (first time doing an addition), as well as a major cosmetic overhaul of the house and some plumbing/electrical. ARV came in at $144K so we were able to BRRR all of our money back out. Managing this during COVID-19 was more challenging that past rehabs, and there were some lessons learned along the way.
