Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Fayetteville.

Purchase price: $53,000
Cash invested: $20,000

Single family home that was a 3BR/1.5BA that has been improved to a 3BR/2BA creating a true Master BR! Increased value of home with new HVAC, flooring, adding tub to bathroom, water heater, roof, paint, etc but will be well worth it for rent. Awaiting refinance and almost rental ready!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Getting to rehab a property...meaning putting some design ideas into real life. Keeping it cheap but classy
