Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment.

Purchase price: $36,000,000
Cash invested: $8,300,000

We acquired this heavy value add in sept of 2019. We are currently implementing a $37k/dr renovation which will result in an increase in rent of over $500.
