Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) other investment.

Brought in by previous client and asked to take over project management duties of this new construction of a 4 unit residental rental building. Project was behind schedule and overbudget due to previous mismanagement. Hired new GC and tradesmen, created new timeline and budget, corrected work realted deficiencies, increased quality of work, pace of work, and inspection approvals. Project was completed and CO'ed ahead of new projection date, within new budget, and all units rented.
