Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $21,000,000
Cash invested: $5,500,000

An affordable rental option with under-market rents in a solid market in one of the hottest MSAs in the country.
The business plan is to cashflow this "yield deal" in a stable market/asset
A "Blue-Chip" piece of my portfolio that I don't have to worry about because of stable tenants
