Do I need to find a new title company?
I am completing a double close wholesale deal.
My title company (escrow officer) is adamant that I have to describe in the contract with the current owner of the property the following:
"Contract must close simultaneously with other contracts. All parties are aware that buyer is purchasing/selling as part of a double escrow."
Is this necessary? Or do I just need to find a more investor friendly title company?
