New calculator not working for me

I went through the whole calculator (rental property) and it won’t let me finish the analysis. I also can’t break down the income into separate units like with the old calculators.
Is anyone else having this problem? I’m using my iPhone if that matters.

    Cossette, I still use the old rental calculator. I did try the new one went it was released, quickly realized some features were not live yet or non existent and reverted back to the old one.

    @Joseph M'Mwirichia I went back to the old calculator. I tried the new one because it says it was live. Guess it wasn’t 🤷‍♀️.

    Not working for me either.  I spent a bunch of time adding everything in, and the "Finish Analysis" button will not illuminate.  It stays grayed out so that the results cannot be displayed.

    Same for me. Where can I find the old calculator?

    @Charlie Anne if you scroll down the calculator landing page you’ll see an option to use the old one.
    All of my properties on the old calculator didn’t move to the new one either and the new one doesn’t have the charts at the bottom like the old one. I finally got it to work but it’s missing a few things that I liked about the old one.

     Same issue for me as well. I cannot "Finish Analysis" either. Has anyone figured this out?

    I'm having the same issue.  My "finish analysis" does illuminate but it stays stuck on saving and I never get the result.  I'm working on my surface laptop.  Please help, I just purchased the program and I haven't been able to do much with the rental calculator.

    @Nancy Rosales

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please try these steps :

    1. Clear the cache, cookies, and history in your browser. Usually, this fixes most browsing problems. Then try to access the calculator again.

    2. Sometimes, photos may crash the calculator. I suggest removing the photos from your calculation and try to compute again. If you need to attach photos, make sure it's within the limit.

    The system has a limit on the file size/resolution of photos. It would be best to use photos with a resolution of 640 X 480 pixels. Also, photos should be less than 1 MB in file size.

    3. Try a different browser like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc to access Biggerpockets and try the rental calculator again.

    4. You can also try the old rental calculator by clicking the link below " Access Old Calculator "
