Real Estate Internships

I am very interested in getting involved with real estate markets and gaining as much hands-on experience as possible. I am a finance major and I am motivated to get myself involved with real estate investing at a young age so I can learn about the different markets and opportunities available. This way I can implement my plan over the next 30 years and ensure financial success. Working hard and paying my dues within the context of a real estate internship/apprenticeship is my immediate goal in the next year or so. Any help or advice I can get will be greatly appreciated.
