Atlanta investment neighborhoods

Atlanta investors - where have you found the most recent success with buy and hold investing? Currently looking in East point, west end, Lakewood, and south Dekalb. Any advice on the above? Or different neighborhoods to look into?

@Kate Haller these are good options. I'd be cautious in a few of those neighborhoods, specifically due to crime and median income. I just PM'ed you, I can walk you through the whole process that me and my company use when we're screening an neighborhood, down to the block-level.
