[Calc Review] 'This a good deal?
The area is moderate crime, doesn't have the best schools. However, there is ample greenery including tall trees and typical Florida vegetation. Property is listed at $105k and it seems to be move-in ready based on pictures. I researched the rental-landscape of the area and my quoted rent of $1100 seems reasonable. Rentometer indicates my rent to be 'below market average'.
Will appreciate comments/views/suggestions/warnings etc.
Thanks in advance.
