Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $70,000
Cash invested: $50,000
Sale price: $250,000

SFH old but good bones we turned it into a masterpiece with features like fireplace above the stand alone tub.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Hot area, people buy area.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

driving for dollars, i found out what homes alike was selling for did my due diligence and begin to demo.

How did you finance this deal?

Some personal cash and hard money lender.

How did you add value to the deal?

high level finishes and brand new garage.

What was the outcome?

sold in 20 days.
