Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $505,000
Cash invested: $110,000
Sale price: $685,000

This was the first 5 level split house I ever did as a flip. We removed some walls to open up the kitchen and created a huge master suite on the top level. The house turned out really nice and we were contacted to have the house shot for an episode of The Property Brothers, Buying and Selling. My girls meeting Drew, the brother from Dancing With the Stars, was a real highlight for them. We had a very busy open house after the shoot and we sold the property the next day with multiple offers.
