School District Rating Question

When you print an MLS report, it only gives the DISTRICT the property belongs to, it does not say which high school a potential home buyer will be assigned to if they purchase the property. Within the School District, there are numerous schools.

For Instance School District X contains:
Green High School
Rolling Meadows High School
Windbreeze Elementary
Rockwall MiddleSchool
Mineral Wells High School
etc

Lets use a hypothetical subject property for an example. It is in School District X with multiple schools within it. Some schools may be performing great, others lackluster. The MLS report does not indicate which specific school a potential home buyer would be assigned to. For instance will my child be attending "Green High School" an exemplary school or "Rolling Meadows Highschool" a acceptable school.

How do you figure out which specific schools within the district a subject property will be assigned to.

Thanks guys
