Investment Info:

Mobile home fix & flip investment in Post Falls.

Purchase price: $41,500
Cash invested: $5,000
Sale price: $88,000

We let the seller stay in the house for a few months before we did a cosmetic rehab on this one. Worked out great. Spend $10,000 more than planned on the reno but was able to sell for $18,000 more than planned.

This park only allowed owner occupants so we had to get permission in advance
