Purchase price: $60,000
Cash invested: $5,000
Sale price: $97,000
Completely renovated two bedrooms, two bathrooms townhouse is sensually located, near Shopping plazas, major roads and highways,it features brand new kitchen with the new appliances,wood flooring and tile,freshly painted, light fixtures and washer and dryer inside.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
It caught my eye as a fast fix and flip.

This deal was found on the MLS and was highly competitive.
How did you finance this deal?
This was a cash deal
How did you add value to the deal?
Reconfigure the kitchen,new cabinets,new flooring and paint.
What was the outcome?
The outcome was great,the first person came and looked at it,ended up buying it.

Change were keeping the repair costs as low as possible and not overspending.
