Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $55
Cash invested: $72,000

I am purchasing and rehabbing this fourplex for rental to section 8 or other qualifying tenants.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I want to buy and hold a high number of units and I have skills in rehabbing.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS. Negotiated after extensive due diligence.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash. HELOC for repairs. Will refinance when complete.

How did you add value to the deal?

Remodeling.
