Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $136,500
Cash invested: $30,000
Sale price: $195,000

This house took us a while to finish up and as a first deal my partner and I came across a number of surprises. The house needed a complete tear down and rehab, and not only did I participate as an investors but my partner and I helped throughout the Demo and rehab. I have never seen a house so destroyed and full of animal left overs. There were fishes, rats, dogs, cats, mice and even a pig living in this house prior to our purchase. I am excited to apply what I learned from this experience!
