Comp Software Comparison

Hello Everyone!

Is there a list of available software options for viewing comps and/ or creating an analysis of a property versus available data to determine if a deal is good or not?  I've found one or two, but I'm sure there are many more out there, and before I make an investment in software, I'd like to see a comprehensive list of what's available so I can research which software package is right for me.
