Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $89,900
Sale price: $118,500

Bought a home with no money down on a VA Loan and lived in it while adding space and renovating for a few years. Sold it at a 25% profit.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I needed a home and found a home that was undervalued and needed updating and finished.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found it on the MLS and negotiated through a realtor

How did you finance this deal?

A VA Loan

How did you add value to the deal?

I added a full bathroom to the home and took out some walls, bathroom and Kitchen renovations, and general updating to the interior and exterior of the home.

What was the outcome?

It sold at a 25% profit after 3-4 years of ownership.
