Can clients use cash advances from business credit cards to Fund

My question may need to be better directed to an attorney but, maybe someone has done this and can advise.  Question is.   By allowing people to run credit cards through a company account and then returning them the cash less transaction fees  to fund deals,  are you doing anything improper or illegal?
