Education stage, 4 Plex analysis

There’s a 4 Plex that just got put up for sale not even a 1/4 mile from where I’ve lived my whole life. I found it on Zillow and thru the description I got this info:

All units are 2 Bed/1 Bath. Ground floor units have large fenced yards and upper units have covered decks. All utilities paid by tenants! 3/4 units recently renewed/signed 1yr lease. Unit A- Currently filled but lease ends 3/31/2019 ($949.00/Mo.) Unit B- Renewed for 1 year on 12/1/2018 ($1075.00/Mo.) Unit C- Is vacant until 2/10/2019 and signed for a 1 year lease ($999.00/Mo.) Unit D- Signed 1 Year lease 1/15/2019 ($999.00/Mo).

I’m ambitious and ready to learn, how do I go about analyzing this deal, and what other information do I need?
