Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment.

Purchase price: $60,000
Sale price: $72,500

My first and only wholesale deal. I found this property driving for dollars, I passed it everyday while dropping my kids off at daycare. The house had a small fire in it with a little fire damage but a lot of smoke damage.
