The Kitchen was upgraded with new cabinets, granite countertops, garbage disposal, stainless steel appliances that include the following:
Bathrooms remodeled
All hardware and doors replaced
Ceiling fans throughout the home
Upgraded electrical switches and outlets
2 car garage

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was my first home with my family and after having to transfer out of the city for work, the most reasonable thing to do was to turn it in to a rental.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found the deal through a traditional agent.
