My first deal,a nice little gem. After a long year of study and preparation the time has come. Let the rehab games begin.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Met my major criteria.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Good old Craigslist. Relentless sifting for months.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash

How did you add value to the deal?

Sweat

What was the outcome?

In process

Lessons learned? Challenges?

TBD

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

No

After three days of front yard clean up.
