Analyzing an OM from Loopnet
Hey guys, long time lurker here. To refine and develop my real estate skills I am always pulling up random stuff on real estate websites. I frequently look at loopnet and look through the offering memorandums. I wanted to post an OM I came across to see what experienced investors are doing when they see something like this.
