Flipping Spreadsheet for Money costs
I’m either looking for a spreadsheet or I’m going to make one that will show me what my hard money costs will likely be on a deal. I would like to be able to quickly reference what it will cost to hold a property at X terms for X amount of time. I know I can do this with a calculator but There are a lot of terms that are different and a decent amount of timeframes for my projects. If I could look at a spreadsheet or table to enter that number into my calculations I think it would speed things up for me.
Has anyone done this or does anyone have any advice on what to include?
