Is this a deal worth taking

I have a chance to buy two duplexes built in 2008 1850 sq ft each . Income is 2150 for both . Bank will loan me 100 percent at 5.2 for three years locked . Price is 210000 taxes are 2100 insurance is 1400 vacancy should be 1 to 2 percent . No repairs needed cap ex at 1500 a year
