Buy & Hold Condo a good idea?
I’m a newbie interested in small multi family, single family and condos. I’m curious to know if renting out a condo is a good idea? What expenses or challenges should I take note of?

One thing about condos is the HOA fees. Sometimes that can eat up all of the cash flow that a property should produce. Keep your eyes on that.
