[Calc Review] Newbie Practice Report

Hi BP!

I'm taking @Brandon Turner's advice from the last webinar and trying to analyze at least one deal a day. Today's practice property is located in Glen Burnie, Maryland and is a 2/1.5 SFH.

I'm looking for some insight as to whether or not my numbers are way off. I estimated repairs as best as I could from the pictures in the MLS listing, but I may have over/under estimated those costs. Any comments/advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

-Rebecca
