Here's the deal, 

I am about to enter into a partnership / real estate deal with the seller. I'm excited about having created such a creative investment opportunity, though terms will be tricky and are still in negotiation. I need to hire a real estate expert, negotiating expert, deal expert / attorney - all wrapped up into one person, ideally. I need an advocate who knows it all - NYC laws, DOB, ECB, code, deal structuring, negotiation skills...Are you out there??
