Yesterday, we sold our very first Pensacola rental property. Acquired just 3.5 years ago, produced a ROI of 79%. It wasn't listed but received an offer I couldn't refuse. Thanks again BP! I'm now on the 1031 Exchange Clock. Whoop Whoop!!
