My brother and I are looking at starting a real-estate/rental company. And are trying to work out alot of numbers before we jump in. The main thing i am interested in right now is what kind or proposition fo you all give to your investors? Obviously i know everyone is different and everyplace is different, but i just want some numbers to look for a pattern As an inexperienced person I am thinking the numbers would look like this : investment if $X would yield a Y% interest only paid semiannually, and after Z years the investor could pull out his initial investment Wanted to get feed back, corrections on my thoughts and what numbers do you guys see investors bite on?
