Hello I am looking for a company that can help me build a that I can use to analyze deals from auctions. I want to be able to include cost and break down hold times and also rehab and resale projections. I want to include all fees and also determine ASAP values without logging into MLS Services to get values. Please if anyone has built out something like this or has software company info would help
