Double success story in Anaheim, CA

I'd like to share the success that my client had with his most recent flip. 

We provided the fix and flip financing for my client who bought this home in Anaheim, CA last year for $368,000. He got bogged down and slowed down for a number of reasons but eventually, $125,000 in cost later he sold it for $640,000 for a nice profit. 

The double success is that I raised the GAP financing for him as well in order for my client to be to afford the deal. The GAP financier was a member here on Bigger Pockets who was just recently paid back his entire balance plus his promised ROI. Both clients are very happy with the results and they both walked away with money in their pockets.

It was a win-win for everyone and a true double success story.
