Looking for ARV guesstimates
I recently purchased a 12 unit for $1.2 million I have a mortgage of $859,000 that was bringing in $9000 a month in rent. In the last 18 months I've renovated 10 units to date myself at the cost of $70,000.
Some tenant shuffling, rent are now $15,500 per month.
Any guesstimate on the property value?
