Hundred + years old property
Hi,
I am looking for investing in my first multi unit property. However in my search I am finding most of the available multi unit property for sell are more than hundred years old. My question is can one make profit out of one such investment. I read that one needs to have 100 dollar out of one unit per month for a investment to be viable. I would appreciate your advise on this matter. Thanks.
