Owner Occupancy rules

Good afternoon all, I'm a newbie with a dilemma.

I'm considering buying a triplex, using FHA financing. Therefore, I would have to be an owner occupant. The triplex is completely occupied; how would I be able to utilize FHA financing with this scenario?

Would I be able to give 1 of the tenant's a time limit to move, so that I could be able to occupy property?

Thanks for you all's help
