Hello Everyone , I am an investor in the Lubbock area and I am currently looking to wholesale properties for capitol build-up.  Are there any investors in the West Texas area that could give me some advice on if mobile homes are profitbale in wholesaling or should I stick to a certain criteria of homes.

Mobile homes are only profitable if you invest in them...I don't pay over $100 for a wholesale mobile home unless it's on land.
