Need advice!!
I am getting ready to sell my first flipper in central ohio. I have money to put down on a new build I am looking into having a manufactured home built to sel which are not mobile homes. They are held at the same rules and guidelines as site built homes. Does anyone know what kind of problems these can cause? What kind of profit they bring? Or any advice
