Mold remediation

hello,

I was wondering if anyone has ever had mold remediation done to an entire property of about 2800 sq ft. I have a property under contract for 172k, ARV is 350k. There is mold in the entire house. I'm wondering if it's even worth it to proceed with the purchase. I plan to renovate and sell it using hard money. I would love any advice I could get
