Uptown Charlotte,NC
Hello BP Charlotte.
I've come across a property in the Villa Heights neighborhood near uptown Charlotte 28205. I know that area is under transformation. I saw a property sell there for 226k for a 2/1 990sf on .40 acres I know that property is not worth it there. Also found a home there 4/2 2300 sf two blocks over in same neighborhood just sold for 480k. I'm assuming they are tearing down and rebuilding. Can anyone break down a rebuild in that area? I'm trying to understand the numbers there and if I truly have a deal on my hands.
My potential property is a 3/1 1100sf it is on .36 acres. It would be a 200k wholesale deal. Any thoughts would be great. Thank in advance.

@Jordin Boyd , you knock down the existing house to the foundation or just remove roof and add a second story. 900 sq ft to 2200 sq ft , just like that!
